My boyfriend, John, and I are embarking on this journey together. We share a passion for real estate – both flipping and buy-and-hold properties. I’ve had my finger on the pulse of several real estate markets for years (over a decade!) and even rented out a property I owned for a few years, but only recently have I gotten up the courage to dive in fully.
